A: Yes, we offer free basic layout design for orders over 50 units. For complex projects, we provide 3D rendering and detailed shop drawings at a nominal fee (refundable upon order confirmation). Our design team can work from your floor plans, sketches or reference photos.
A: Custom project lead time depends on scope and quantity: Sample/prototype: 10-20 days. Small projects (under 50 units): 30-45 days. Medium projects (50-200 units): 45-60 days. Large projects (200+ units): 60-90 days. We provide a detailed production schedule after order confirmation.
A: We provide detailed installation instructions, labeled packaging and video guides for all custom projects. For large projects, we can send installation supervisors to your site (travel and accommodation at buyer's cost). We also partner with local installation teams in select countries. Most of our RTA flat-pack furniture can be assembled by local handymen.
